Can I choose what’s in my Discovery Box?

The concept of foodies collective is to discover and taste new food, therefore the contents will always remain a surprise. Each box will follow a theme and include a range of products to suit all tastes.

Can I customise my box for dietary requirements and/or food allergies?

At this time, customers are unable to customise boxes for certain dietary restrictions and/or food allergies. However, we hope to make this option available in the future.

When can I expect my box?

The foodies collective box is a bi-monthly subscription service. Boxes will be shipped in the first week of the release months (release months are December/February/April/June/August/October).  You will receive an email once your box is on its way to you. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days, however please note for some locations it can be up to 10 days.

Special edition boxes will list the release date in the ‘Special Edition Box’ section of the website.

Can I just buy one box instead of subscribing?

Yes, just head over to our Gift section and you can purchase one single box there. But remember, our subscribers aren’t locked into any contracts, you can pause, skip or cancel at anytime. We want to make being part of the collective as enjoyable and flexible as possible.

Is the Discovery Box available outside of Australia?

No, unfortunately not. We currently only ship within Australia, however it’s something we hope to offer in the future.

I’m a food producer. How can we partner with foodies collective and have our product included in the box?

One of the products I received is damaged, how can I get this replaced?

First of all we’re sorry about this.

Please contact us at hello@foodiecollective.com.au and take a picture of the damage as soon as possible so we can investigate and come to a solution. Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within 2 weeks of receiving your box.

I love the products within my box, where I can buy more of them?

We provide helpful and interesting information on our passionate producers within each box and listed on our website where direct links to their website will be provided.

BILLING & MEMBERSHIP

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the day that you sign up to foodies collective. Following this, you will be placed on our auto renew billing system. Bi-monthly subscription members will be billed on the 20th of each month, prior to the release month (billing months are January/March/May/July/September/November).

For gift boxes and package subscriptions, will you be charged a once off total cost.

How can I update my billing details?

Login to your account dashboard and click “Edit” next to your subscription plan then ‘Edit’ to change your shipping info. All address change requests must be made before the 20th of the billing month, or the following box will be shipped to the existing address.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All you pay is your once off or regular bi-monthly subscription fee. Shipping costs are inclusive*.

How can I skip a box or pause my subscription?

Login to your account dashboard….(need to discuss how the Account section will work??)

What is your cancellation policy?

All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. You will be billed on the 20th of each month prior to the release month. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price.

Gift boxes & packaged subscriptions are stand alone purchases and do not automatically renew, so there’s no need to cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit payments from Visa/Mastercard/AMEX

Is GST included?

GST is included in all prices.

What is the difference between a gift box/package and subscription?

Subscriptions are delivered bi-monthly, auto-renews with a pause, skip or cancel anytime option.

Gift boxes are a one-off payment for either one box or multiple boxes.

Will my gift subscription auto-renew?

Gift subscription packages and boxes are stand-alone purchases and therefore do not auto-renew.

DELIVERY

Who delivers the boxes?

We use a courier service to ensure fast and safe delivery of your boxes. If you’re not home at the time of your delivery, a collection card will be left so that you can arrange collection/redelivery.

Foodies collective is not responsible or liable for any delay or delivery or any damage caused to your box which is beyond foodies collective’s control.

How do I track delivery?

You will receive an email notification confirming your box has been dispatched. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking link, a confirmation of your delivery address and instructions plus an estimated delivery date and time.

How long does it take to deliver?

Estimated delivery time is 3 working days, however please note for some locations it can be up to 10 days.

Are shipping costs included?*

Yes, shipping costs are inclusive of the box price, with the exception of some remote locations which may incur an additional fee.
